How to Schedule

When to Schedule

The appropriate form must be received in the Education Division office at least four weeks before your first choice of dates. It is only a request and not a confirmation. Note: Scheduling for the 2017-2018 school year is now open.

Your request will be processed in the order it was received. You will receive a written confirmation (usually by email) with additional information within two weeks of receipt.

Be sure to follow the guidelines detailed in each program.

Schedule early! Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
