President Kennedy's Air Force One Blanket

This is a light blue blanket with a dark blue Presidential Seal featured in the center.

This blanket was used by President Kennedy while flying aboard Air Force One. It was safeguarded by the pilot, James B. Swindal, on Nov. 22, 1963, the day of Kennedy's assassination.

Donated from the Estate of James B. & Emily M. Swindal, through their daughter, Kathryn E. Swindal.
