National Museum of the U.S. Air Force
2/21/2013 - DAYTON, Ohio -- Col. John Plating's guest lecture titled "Air Transport and the Politics of War," has been cancelled tonight at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force due to travel delays from his departing location in Colorado.
At this time, the lecture has not been rescheduled.
The museum's next guest lecture will take place on March 20 at 7:30 p.m. as Col. (Ret.) Gaillard R. Peck Jr. presents "America's SECRET MiG Squadron."
The National Museum of the United States Air Force is located on Springfield Street, six miles northeast of downtown Dayton. It is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day). Admission and parking are free.
