The Education Division offers many hands-on programs, including Classes, Guided Tours, Presentations, Special Needs Programs and more. These aerospace activities provide an excellent opportunity to engage your students in STEM-based curriculum as well as history, social studies, art and language arts.

This free course consists of Ground School and training at a flight simulator. Students, ages 14-18, must be able to attend all 6 sessions, based on the format of the class.

Advanced registration is required.

Each year the NMUSAF hosts the "American Rocketry Challenge" (ARC). What is ARC? It is the world's largest rocket contest and involves having students design, build and launch rockets to meet a specific goal which changes each year. All interested students entering grades 6-12 are encouraged to apply for this free program.  Click the photo for more information.
