Top Secret: License to Spy: Sept. 15 - Dec. 16

Uncover your inner secret agent at Top Secret: License to Spy!

Museum visitors will go undercover and enter a world of coded messages and satellite surveillance when they take on the role of a secret agent in the latest feature exhibition, Top Secret: License to Spy, coming September 15.

This special exhibit is FREE and open to the public from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily.

Top Secret explores the science and technology of spying and espionage, including how to uncover a radio bug with an oscilloscope and using lasers to monitor conversations. Visitors will gather the intelligence needed to achieve their mission by breaking codes, uncovering microdots, using spy satellites and creating elusive disguises.

Top Secret will amaze kids and adults alike with behind-the-scenes glimpse of an undercover world that has been re-created with life-like sets and activities. Science has never been so….Top SecretLearn more at our Exhibition Page.

USAF Band of Flight Holiday Concerts Dec. 17&18

Come enjoy the Sounds of the Season with the Air Force Band of Flight on December 17 and 18 at 7p.m.

The United States Air Force Band of Flight, stationed at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is a 17-member organization and features 2 musical component groups. Flight One is the popular-music group and Spirit of Freedom is a brass ensemble with a percussionist and vocalist. Periodically, these groups combine to form the expanded Band of Flight. Fitness Under the Wings

Fitness Under the Wings is back by popular demand! 

Grab your water bottle and yoga mat to keep your New Year's resolution and exercise with us!

Fitness Under the Wings is FREE and open to the public on January 11, 18, 25 and Feb.1st from 8a.m. - 9 a.m.  (Doors open at 7:00 a.m.)

Free Yoga class presented by Indigo Yoga* are suitable for all skill levels. Must be aged 12 or older.

Prefer to walk? You can get your steps in with a walk through the museum galleries. Strollers are welcome. Walkers can start at 7:00 a.m. The Museum closes at 5:00 p.m. Registration is not required for walkers

Upcoming Plane Talks

                                                                                                                     

Honor the service and sacrifice of our nation's service members with a "Plane Talks" on Feb. 15, March 29, and May 17 from 10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m..

Visitors are invited to listen and interact with subject matter experts located throughout the museum’s galleries as they speak about their unique experiences serving our nation's Air Force, and learn more about the artifacts and aircraft located in the museum.

Plane Talks occurs a few times a year, bringing to life the development and service history of the aircraft and exhibits on display at the museum. Various subject matter experts will be stationed in the galleries near the aircraft or exhibit that relates to their expertise. Experts include veterans, active duty, former pilots, crew members, engineers, navigators, and more. Plane Talks programs often occur in conjunction with the anniversary of a significant Air Force or military event. 
All Plane Talks occur from 10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

Micro Drone Races

Micro Drone Races: Feb. 28 - March 1 2025

See fast flying micro machines as pilots maneuver their drones over, under, around and through the C-124 Globemaster II and Twin Mustang aircraft during a micro drone races that will take place in the museum’s second building. Spectators will be able to watch the race along the course, as well as from a large screen that will show the drones’ perspective as they are racing. The race will also be live streamed to the Cincinnati Quad Racers YouTube channel.
