This painting shows Kimpo Airfield near Seoul, Korea. The pilots are (left to right): Capt. Lonnie R. Moore, 10 MIGs; Col. Vermont Garrison, 10 MIGs and 7.33 kills in World War II; Col. James K. Johnson, 10 MIGs and one Luftwaffe in WWII; Capt. Ralph S. Parr, 10 Kills in Korea; and Maj. James Jabara, 15 MIGs and 1.5 victories in Europe in WWII. The aircraft shown are North American F-86 Sabres. This painting is part of the Korean War art exhibit, which opens Feb. 25, 2011, at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force. (U.S. Air Force photo)
