Jim Blackman
Museum Volunteer, Col (Ret) Jim Blackman. Col Blackman retired from the Air Force in 2007 as the 445th Air Lift Wing, Operations Group Commander. He served as the mission commander for the final flight of the C-141 “Hanoi Taxi” when it was delivered to the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force in May 2006.
