Wounded Warrior Dog 1 (Iraq, 2015)

Laminated and carved sycamore and cherry, copper, nickel plate, and oil paint. This Belgian Malinois with the Navy Seal trident is a reminder of our wounded veterans who returned home from Iraq, many with injuries. The all-too-common injuries represented here include a traumatic brain injury and the loss of a limb and an eye from an improvised explosive device.

Screening at Entrance
All visitors may be screened with a metal detector upon entry. In addition all bags are subject to search and may be placed through an X-Ray machine. Weapons are not permitted including pocket knives and firearms, to include conceal carry and other dangerous weapons.
