Sgt. William Ocker
Sgt. William Ocker was captivated by flight after witnessing early tests by the Wright brothers and became a highly proficient aircraft mechanic and the Army’s third enlisted pilot. This display is in the Early Years Gallery at the National museum of the U.S. Air Force.
