Touch Tours
Students from the Ohio State School for the Blind take a touch tour of the National Musuem of the U.S. Air Force with guidance from museum volunteers who are trained to conduct the tours. Students felt the contours, textures and shapes of aircraft that transported U.S. Presidents, flew photo-reconaissance missions over Iraq and the fastest x-15 rocket-plane that reached Mach 6.7 in October of 1967.(U.S. Air Force photo by Ty Greenlees)
