Free tickets available Dec. 1 for holiday concerts at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force.

The U.S. Air Force Band of Flight will celebrate the holidays with a variety of classic holiday favorites in two performances at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force on Dec. 19 and 20 at 7:00 p.m. each day.

The concerts on Dec. 19 and 20 will take place in the museum’s second building and last approximately 70-90 minutes. Due to the popularity of these free concerts, tickets are required and limited to six tickets per person.

Beginning Dec. 1 at 9 a.m., ticket requests can be made by visiting www.nationalmuseum.af.mil/. Paper tickets will not be issued this year. Requestors will receive a digital confirmation of their ticket request.

The U.S. Air Force Band of Flight, stationed at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio presents more than 250 performances annually, providing quality musical products for official military functions and ceremonies as well as civic events and public concerts. Since its founding in 1942, the band has performed for presidents and vice presidents, visiting heads of state, cabinet officers, members of congress, U.S. and foreign military leaders, and millions of Americans and foreign citizens.

The National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base near Dayton, Ohio, is the world’s largest military aviation museum. With free admission and parking, the museum features more than 350 aerospace vehicles and missiles and thousands of artifacts amid more than 19 acres of indoor exhibit space.
