Wright Patterson Air Force Base -- The National Museum of the U.S. Air Force™ will kick off the holiday season with two festive offerings this December: Holidays in the Hangars, a new display of decorated trees throughout the Museum galleries, and two free holiday concerts by the U.S. Air Force Band of Flight.
Holidays in the Hangars will run from Nov. 28–Dec. 31, inviting visitors to enjoy a unique seasonal atmosphere as local community organizations decorate a variety of trees set among historic aircraft and exhibits. As an added treat, balloon twisters will be onsite Saturday, Nov. 29 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., creating a variety of holiday-themed balloon creations.
A limited number of tree spaces are still available for community groups and organizations interested in participating. To learn more and access the agreement form, visit: www.nationalmuseum.af.mil/
