Kawasaki Model KL 250

The Kawasaki Model KL 250 was acquired by the U.S. Air Force to meet challenging requirements for off-road ground mobility by Air Force Special Operations personnel. Utilized by Air Force Combat Controllers, for example, it allows for rapid movements of personnel over rough terrain in order to meet mission requirements.

This motorcycle has a 28-hp, one-cylinder, dual overhead cam engine with a 250 cc displacement. While the motorcycle is close to its original commercial configuration, it has been fitted with a variety of special accessories to satisfy military requirements.

Screening at Entrance
All visitors may be screened with a metal detector upon entry. In addition all bags are subject to search and may be placed through an X-Ray machine. Weapons are not permitted including pocket knives and firearms, to include conceal carry and other dangerous weapons.
