REGISTRATION OPENS TODAY FOR ‘FITNESS UNDER THE WINGS’ AT THE NATIONAL MUSEUM USAF Published Dec. 1, 2022 By Lisa M. Riley DAYTON, Ohio -- Registration opens today for the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force’s Fitness Under the Wings. Each Saturday in January from 8 – 9 a.m. at the museum, participants can choose from a Yoga class or an indoor walking path. This program is free and open to the public. Yoga classes will be presented by Indigo Yoga (federal endorsement not implied) and are suitable for all skill levels. Participants should bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Walkers can explore a new museum gallery each week with a measured, one-mile, repeatable walking path. Strollers are welcome and water bottles are encouraged. No pets, other than service animals, are permitted. Participants who attend all four Saturdays will receive a free yoga mat. Throughout the year we will host a variety of events and exhibits to share the history of the Air Force and the stories of our airmen with the public. The National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base near Dayton, Ohio, is the world’s largest military aviation museum.
