MHU-12/M Munitions Handling Trailer

The MHU-12 munitions handling trailer is used to transport munitions between the storage area and the flightline. It can accommodate a wide variety of munitions using various adapters, cradles and chocks. Two hinged deck panels in the center of the trailer bed fold open to provide access under stores for loading and unloading. The trailer is shown with ADU-314/E Aerial Stores Adapters, enabling carriage of pre-loaded bomb racks rather than individual bombs. The BRU-3 bomb racks are loaded with 500-pound MK82 "Snakeye" bombs.

Screening at Entrance
All visitors may be screened with a metal detector upon entry. In addition all bags are subject to search and may be placed through an X-Ray machine. Weapons are not permitted including pocket knives and firearms, to include conceal carry and other dangerous weapons.
