M1941 Field Jacket

This M1941 field jacket was worn by Staff Sgt. Donald John Shaw while a member of the 398th Bombardment Group, 602nd Squadron. The bombs detailed on the back depict his 35 missions as a waist gunner on a B-17 from October 1944 to April 1945.

Screening at Entrance
All visitors may be screened with a metal detector upon entry. In addition all bags are subject to search and may be placed through an X-Ray machine. Weapons are not permitted including pocket knives and firearms, to include conceal carry and other dangerous weapons.
