Students who have completed grades 4-6 will explore the world of flight during the “Exploring Flight” aerospace camp from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. on July 13. Students will build a variety of fun flying projects, including kites, gliders and paper rockets. Cost is $15 per camper, with an optional camp t-shirt available for an additional $10.

The “Exploring Engineering” aerospace camp will be held from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. on July 27 for students who have finished grades 6-8. All camps will utilize the new STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) Learning Nodes in the museum’s fourth building, which opens to the public on June 8. Students also will have the opportunity to tour related galleries in the new building.
