Air Service Enlisted Man

This uniform is that of a sergeant of the 2nd Air Service Mechanician Regiment (mechanics). The sleeve insignia includes a red chevron indicating that the man has been discharged from the Army and two service chevrons, each representing six months service overseas.

Items were donated by Mrs. Francis H. Walsh, Washington, D.C. (hat); Maj. Donald R. Remoklus (blouse and trousers); Capt. David Cody (puttees); and Mr. Giles A. Mackin, Philadelphia, Penn. (shoes).

Screening at Entrance
All visitors may be screened with a metal detector upon entry. In addition all bags are subject to search and may be placed through an X-Ray machine. Weapons are not permitted including pocket knives and firearms, to include conceal carry and other dangerous weapons.
